Using RingWonder means accepting what is set out on this page. If any of it does not sit right with you, please do not place an order.
The studio itself — the software, the interface, our photography and our written material — stays ours, and copying or redistributing it needs our written permission first. That does not extend to the reference photographs you upload, which remain yours; you are simply confirming you have the right to use them when you upload them.
Before you order a ring, you can pay a flat $50 for a jeweler to build a precise 3D model of your design and send you a firm, final price. Here is exactly what that buys and what it does not.
What you get: a bench jeweler models your design properly, and we email your final fixed price within 48 hours of payment. If we miss that window, write to support@ringwonder.com and we will refund the fee in full.
It is non-refundable. The fee pays for a person's time, and that time starts as soon as you pay. Once you have paid it, we will not refund it because you changed your mind, stopped replying, or decided against the ring. The two exceptions are the missed deadline above, and any case where we cannot produce the model at all — then you get the whole fee back.
It comes off your ring. Order the ring from the final price we send you and the full $50 is deducted from what you pay. It is a credit, not an extra charge on top.
You are not committing to buy. The final price is an offer. You can take it, ignore it, or come back to it later. Nothing further is charged unless you place an order.
The price you see before paying is an estimate. The range the studio shows you is calculated from your design, current metal prices and lab-grown stone prices. It is our honest working estimate, not a quote, and your final price may fall outside it once a jeweler has measured the piece.
Email support@ringwonder.com with your full name, order number and contact details — cancellations need to be in writing so there is a record. You can cancel freely right up until we start casting. Once metal has been ordered to your specification or a jeweler has begun work, we may not be able to cancel at all, or may need to keep a fee covering what has already been done. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few business days depending on your issuer.
Orders are for adults aged 18 or over, or for a minor with a parent or guardian's approval. Placing an order is you confirming that is the case.
Reckon on two to four weeks at the bench from the moment payment and design details are confirmed, then transit time on top depending on the shipping you chose. Intricate settings, an unusual stone, courier disruption, or simply not being able to reach you to arrange delivery can all stretch that. These are estimates, not guarantees of a specific date.
We will build your ring to the specification you approved, at the quality standard the trade expects. For twelve months from delivery we will repair or remake anything that turns out to be a fault in how it was made. That cover does not extend to ordinary wear, knocks and accidents, contact with chemicals, or work done on the ring by another jeweler. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site or wearing the ring.
