Nothing here comes off a shelf. Once your design is settled and payment clears, a bench jeweler starts casting your ring from scratch. Most are finished in two to three weeks. Deep engraving, pavé work or an unusual centre stone can push that to four.
Standard delivery takes three to five business days and is on us for orders over $500. If you are working against a date, express cuts it to one or two business days for $50. Every ring travels insured for its full replacement value, and your tracking number reaches you by email the moment it leaves the bench.
Your ring sits in a hinged presentation box, inside plain outer packaging that gives away nothing about what is in it. The grading report for your centre stone is tucked in alongside.

Couriers occasionally run late — weather, a strike, nobody home for the handoff. We will chase the carrier for you, but we cannot take on liability for a delay once the parcel has left us. Because shipments are insured, they are not left unattended, so please make sure someone can sign.
A ring built to your own description belongs to nobody else, so custom pieces are not returnable. What we do instead: tell us within fourteen days if something is wrong on arrival, and we will put it right. Resizing and adjustments are free for the first year, and anything that turns out to be our error we repair or remake at our own cost.
