What we collect when you design a ring here, why we need it, and what you can make us do about it.

The things we need to make a ring and get it to you: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and payment details. Alongside that we keep the designs themselves — the descriptions you typed, any reference photos you uploaded, and the images the system generated for you — so you can come back to a design later.
Generating and refining a design means sending your description, and any reference image you upload, to the AI providers we build on. Do not put anything in a prompt you would not want leaving our servers. We do not send them your name, address, payment details or order history.
Take payment, build your ring, ship it, and keep you posted while that happens. We also look at aggregate patterns — which designs people abandon, where the flow loses them — to make the studio work better. We do not build advertising profiles of you.
Card details are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor over an encrypted connection; the full number never reaches our systems and we could not retrieve it if you asked. Everything else sits behind access controls on infrastructure we monitor.
We do not sell your information and we do not rent it out. It reaches other companies only where the order cannot happen otherwise — the payment processor, the courier, the workshop making your ring, and the providers hosting our infrastructure — and only the part each of them actually needs.
Ask us and we will show you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. Some records we have to keep for tax and accounting reasons even after you close an account, and we will tell you which. Write to support@ringwonder.com or call .
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember a design in progress, and measure which pages people actually use. Your browser settings control them, and blocking the analytics ones will not break the studio.
